Is my data private?

How does the AI Coach work?

The AI Coach uses Google's Gemini AI to provide personalized advice based on your quit journey. It's available 24/7 to help you through cravings, answer questions, and provide motivation.

What should I do during a strong craving?

Use the SOS Panic Mode button in the app. It will guide you through a breathing exercise and help you identify your trigger. Remember: cravings typically last only 3-5 minutes.

Can I use this app to reduce rather than quit completely?

Yes! During onboarding, you can choose between "Cold Turkey" (quit immediately) or "Gradual Reduction" (step-down approach). The app adapts to your chosen path.

The app isn't tracking my time correctly

Make sure your device's date and time are set correctly. The timer calculates your clean streak based on your device's current time compared to your quit date.

How do I delete my data?

Simply uninstall the app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, removing the app deletes all your information. You can also use "Reset Progress" in settings to clear your data while keeping the app.
